The SMH is a 2 GHz RF Generator whose output will automatically have its frequency varied or swept between frequencies. The SMH can be used to measure responses of filters, amplifiers, and electrical components.

There are some marks on the top panel and minor sticker residue on the right of front panel (please review pictures).
The power button seems to want to stick, otherwise the signal generator is guaranteed to be in proper working order.
